Complaint On 1800880193 Option No: 3 Latitude Support Line

Dear Sir,

I am writing here to express my EXTREME DISSATISFACTION with technical support provided by DELL APCC – “ Latitude Line” and customer service.
Last week, I had called the above number as mentioned to report some problem.

To my dismay, I had to hold the line for consecutive of more than 30 minutes and called up a few time. I couldn’t reach Dell Latitude support line at all after calling for more than 8 hour. As we know time is very crucial to business user and we cannot afford to waste a long duration of time on the phone calling up for support due to some problem on the laptop.

What happen to the quick respond and efficiency of the Latitude support department in DELL? What happen to the affective customer services?

I hope you’ll look into this problem as a serious matter that would affect the reputation of DELL.
