Where is the freedoms to blogs?

I saw this from http://www.kennysia.com/ blogs. Quite surpised to see this. Where is the freedom to speech in our own blog? And what is democracy or democratic means?

And what is meaning by goblok bloggers? Hmmm...ic it. But why did the hell this newpaper publish the news next to a big sweep lottery result page? Hahaha!
